Westlake Housing is nationwide Owner/Operator of affordable housing properties and offers a full range of consulting/investment and property management services.  Westlake Housing specializes in repositioning Section 42, Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") properties as a replacement General Partner and Property Management agent.  We have a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding our clients’ expectations by maximizing their returns while, at the same time, providing high quality homes for our tenants.

Westlake Housing is headquartered in Austin, Texas.  Our current portfolio consists of 31 multifamily, LIHTC properties totaling approximately 3,000 units in 15 states.
